These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from The Chilled Kitchen. By purchasing products from us, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, ingredient information, allergen information and pricing are accurate at all times. However, products may occasionally vary slightly due to ingredient availability, seasonal changes or recipe improvements.

All products are prepared in a kitchen environment that handles allergens including but not limited to:

• Milk
• Wheat
• Eggs
• Nuts
• Peanuts
• Sesame
• Soya
• Mustard
• Sulphites

Customers with allergies or intolerances must read labels carefully before consumption.

3. Storage Instructions

All chilled products must be stored refrigerated below 5°C immediately after purchase.

Frozen products must remain frozen until required.

The Chilled Kitchen accepts no responsibility for products incorrectly stored after purchase.

4. Heating Instructions

Products must be heated thoroughly until piping hot before consumption unless otherwise stated on packaging.

Heating instructions are provided as guidance only. Heating times may vary depending on appliances used.

5. Use By Dates

All products must be consumed before the stated use by date.

Products must not be consumed after expiry.

6. Allergens

Allergen information is provided on product labels in accordance with UK food regulations.

Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before consumption.

If unsure, please contact a member of staff before purchasing.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without prior notice.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of chilled and perishable food products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once products have left the premises unless:

• The product is faulty
• The product is unsafe
• The incorrect item was supplied

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase with proof of purchase.

9. Collection & Delivery

Customers are responsible for checking orders upon collection or delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather or operational circumstances.

10. Liability

The Chilled Kitchen shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect storage after purchase
• Incorrect heating or preparation by customers
• Allergic reactions where allergens have been clearly stated
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes statutory consumer rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, product names, packaging designs and marketing materials remain the property of The Chilled Kitchen.

12. Privacy

Customer information provided for orders, enquiries or marketing will be handled in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and data protection laws.

13. Amendments

The Chilled Kitchen reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
